Bentifel Recovery+ Membership Terms

Trial and recurring charges

Your 14-day trial begins when your checkout is completed. The first recurring charge is scheduled for the end of the trial. Future charges occur every 14 days until cancellation. The exact next billing date is available in your billing portal.

Canceling

You may cancel at any time from the Manage billing button in your Recovery+ account. Cancel before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for.

Membership refunds

Recovery+ membership charges are non-refundable after they are processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling does not refund or prorate a current or previous membership period. You can prevent future charges by canceling before the next scheduled billing date.

What Recovery+ includes

• A private recovery profile and progress-photo journal.
• Bentifel Team support for general product guidance, organizing observations, and preparing questions for a licensed clinician.
• A members-only encouragement community and progress milestones.

Automated support and health notice

Bentifel Team includes automated support. It is not a doctor, physical therapist, nurse, or emergency service. It does not diagnose conditions, assess healing from a photo, prescribe exercises or medication, or replace a licensed clinician. Messages and photos may be securely processed by our service provider to create a response. Contact emergency services or your medical team for urgent, severe, new, or worsening symptoms.

Physical-product refunds and privacy

Refunds for physical products are governed separately by the Bentifel refund policy. Your use is also subject to the privacy policy and terms of service.
